We are looking for Key Support Workers to join Enliven’s innovative and dynamic team, dedicated to helping older people achieve and maintain independence, learn new skills and lead an enjoyable and satisfying life.  Our highly experienced team work alongside our clients to provide individually tailored support programmes that allow older people to age in their own home and remain active in their community.

Successful applicants will receive:

  • Comprehensive orientation programme
  • Regular ongoing training towards Level 2 NZQA in the Health and
  • Disability Sector
  • Paid induction and regular paid meetings
  • Competitive pay rates and reimbursement for travel costs
  • Guaranteed minimum 40 hours per fortnight.

Successful applicants must:

  • Have a positive outlook, with good communication skills
  • Be able to work early mornings, evenings and weekends
  • Hold a full driver’s licence, and own a registered and insured vehicle
  • Have a genuine desire to make a positive difference to people’s lives
  • Be eligible to work in New Zealand
